I offer a free phone consultation call up to 15 minutes to meet and greet and to ensure that we are a good fit. This is not a counseling session, but an opportunity to meet and answer any of your questions about potential future treatment.
Book Appointment
To cancel a scheduled therapy session, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session is required. If prior and timely notification is not given, you will be charged $100 fee for a late cancellation or missed session.
1st Session!
Please ensure you complete the intake forms prior to our session. I will email you the forms upon scheduling your first session. To access my online therapy platform, you will need to download the zoom app (click this link for computer download) or it can also be downloaded on any apple / android device.
Insurance and Payment Information
Do you take insurance?
I take Aetna, Cigna and Optum (including United Healthcare, Oscar, and Oxford.) If you have another insurance I do not currently take, I would be considered an “out of network” provider. You’ll want to call your insurance provider to see what your out-of-network benefits are for mental health counseling. If you do not have the insurance I take, you can pay out of pocket. At the end of each month, I can send you a summary of all of your payments (called a superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most clients who submit to their insurance company for reimbursement find that they’ll get 25%-90% of the fees back once they meet their out-of-network deductible. I am also a certified out of network Tricare provider.
Session Fees
Individual 1-hour sessions (50 minutes of therapy during a 1-hour session is standard) are $150. Payments are secured via the card you provide to secure your session time and it is charged on the day of services. Sessions can be canceled prior to 24 hours before the scheduled session with no fee. If the session is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session you will be charged $100 for the late cancellation or missed session. 90-minute individual sessions are $225. Marital 1-hour sessions are $175 and marital 90-minute sessions are $230.
Supervision Fees
Clinical consultation is $100 per hour. This includes access to the tools I use in counseling and help with any paperwork required for licensure. Email me to discuss further!
